This is an internal fault — the mower's electronics, temperature, voltage or self-diagnostics have reported a problem. Some are one-off glitches; a repeating one usually needs service.
Common causes
A transient electrical glitch, or brief overheating during a hot spell.
A sensor, board or wiring fault inside the mower.
Out-of-date or interrupted firmware.
How to fix it
Turn the mower fully off and on again to clear a one-off glitch.
Make sure its firmware is up to date via the app.
Let it cool if it's been running in high heat before restarting.
If the same code keeps coming back, note how often and book a dealer service — internal faults aren't safely user-repairable.
