Something in the charge cycle isn't completing — the mower either can't make a good electrical connection in the station, or the station/charger isn't delivering power.
Common causes
Dirty, oxidised or bent contact strips on the mower or the station.
A failed power supply/transformer, tripped fuse, or an unplugged station.
The mower parking slightly off-centre so the contacts don't meet cleanly.
A worn contact spring or a charging-board fault inside the mower.
How to fix it
Wipe the metal contact plates on both the mower and the station until they're bright, not grey — fine abrasive paper helps.
Confirm the station's power light is on and the power supply is plugged in and undamaged.
Check the mower drives fully home and the contacts line up; clear grass build-up on the docking guides.
If contacts are clean and powered but it still won't charge, have the charging board and power supply tested.
