The mower isn't getting a satellite position accurate enough to work with. EPOS needs centimetre-level accuracy to know which side of a virtual boundary it is on, which ordinary GPS accuracy of a few metres cannot provide, so it stops rather than guess.
Common causes
Obstructed sky view for the mower or the reference station — tall buildings, or trees with a crown wider than about 4 m.
A charging station or docking point without a clear view of the sky.
Temporary weather-related interruptions.
A reference station outside its installation limits.
How to fix it
Restart the mower and give it several minutes — many of these clear on their own once it reacquires satellites.
Check the docking point has open sky above it, with at least 6 m of free space in front of the charging station.
Check the reference station still meets its requirements: a clear sky view of at least 135°, mounted at least 2 m high, and less than 100 m from the mower — less again if anything obstructs the path.
Look at whether losses are confined to one part of the lawn. If so, exclude it with a stay-out zone, or use Support by Wire on models that offer it, rather than fighting the sky view.
Account for the season — a tree bare at installation can exceed that crown width by midsummer.
