The mower isn't receiving correction data. In a wire-free installation that correction signal comes from the Husqvarna Cloud over the internet, so this is usually a connectivity problem rather than anything wrong with the mower — which is why it can appear on a machine with a perfect view of the sky.
Common causes
Loss of internet connection on a cloud-based installation.
Wi-Fi that doesn't reach across the whole lawn.
Limited mobile network coverage on cellular-equipped models.
How to fix it
Test coverage where the mower actually works, not at the house. Walk the lawn with your phone on the same network: you want at least one bar everywhere the mower goes.
Or drive the mower around with appDrive and watch its display — it should keep at least one Wi-Fi or mobile bar throughout. The cloud icon in the Automower Connect app is the same check.
If coverage is short, reposition the router or add a mesh extender to reach the lawn.
For a garden the house Wi-Fi will never cover, add mobile connectivity with an Automower Connect Kit, fitted by a dealer.
To remove the internet dependency altogether, install a local reference station — it supplies the correction data itself.
As a last resort, exclude the dead area with a stay-out zone.
