The mower's camera can't see clearly because its lens is wet — heavy rain, or dew on a cold morning. It can't detect objects reliably, so it pauses. This is a weather pause, not a fault: the mower carries on by itself once visibility improves.
Common causes
Heavy rain on the camera lens.
Morning dew or condensation on the lens, especially on cold, still nights.
How to fix it
Usually nothing — wait. The mower resumes on its own when the lens clears.
If it happens most mornings, start the schedule a little later so the dew has burned off first.
You can let the mower run with reduced object detection in the Automower Connect app: More > Settings > Operation > Object avoidance. That trades safety for mowing time, so only do it if the lawn is clear of toys, pets and hedgehogs.
Watch the battery: if it runs low while paused away from the station, the mower can disconnect and will need restarting by hand.
If the lens is dirty rather than wet, wipe it gently with a soft damp cloth.
